Ass and Abs
 
Tuesday 11 am

A dynamic all-levels class for anyone looking to add a little sweat and movement into the day. Designed to get the heart rate up, improve cardio and strengthen those stubborn areas (yes, that means your booty and core!) This will be a follow along class, with occasional engagement cues and corrections provided. Using equipment (provided) including body weights, therabands, and more, build that strength and endurance with a little tough love and a lot of encouragement!

An all levels flexibility class that will give you the foundations needed to build a stronger, bendier body. Focusing on the three main skill categories of front splits, middle splits/straddle and backbends, this class features a warm up, as well as both active conditioning and static holds designed to help students get more in touch with how to stretch safely and confidently. Get Bendy, Vixens!

Beginner Lyra
Friday 10:30 am

An introduction to the circus art of aerial hoop! In this beginner level class you will learn to pull yourself up into a hoop suspended from the ceiling and create beautiful shapes and poses. Complimentary to pole and aerial sport, lyra is a wonderful way to train like a circus pro with the elegance and grace of a dancer.

Lollipop Foundations

Saturday 1:30 pm and Sunday 10 am

This class is the perfect compliment to your pole training and in this Intro Level Lollipop class you will learn the absolute BASICS and FOUNDATIONS on the lollipop. Learn how to get up into the lollipop and find some super basic, and attainable shapes. *Note: You must have an account with the studio to register for this class

Lollipop All Levels
Saturday 12:20 pm and Sunday 11:10 am

This class is the perfect compliment to your pole training and in this Intro Level Lollipop class you will learn more tricks and shapes from the lollipop! In the class you will learn conditioning, how to mount and dismount the lollipop (several different ways) and some fundamental lollipop shapes which are transitionary to other shapes.

Come learn the fundamentals behind how to get stronger as you stretch! This class will help get those straddles, splits, and shoulders moving into mobile ranges. Help that circus body stay bendy.

Aerial Hoop All Levels
Wednesday 8:45 pm (75 minutes)

In this class we will focus on conditioning and flexibility required for aerial hoop for all levels of aerialists. We will learn spins, sequences, shapes, and transitions on the hoop working towards more advanced skills and act creation.
