Lifting for length
Work out anywhere, anytime with Lifting for Length, a program that integrates weight lifting exercises and active flexibility drills. This combination makes it possible to increase strength and flexibility at the same time - no more sacrificing one for the other. I designed this program as strength building and cross-training for your primary discipline or apparatus, so the workouts clock in at well under an hour 3-5 days a week and serve as excellent warmups for flexibility and contortion training. This program is for both hypermobile and non-hypermobile individuals, can be done at a gym or at home (even if you don't own weights), and is accessible to my fellow lifters as well as those with zero lifting experience.
